Snow Time

Thursday afternoon, we started getting a few snow flurries.
Bennett and Shepherd were so excited
We woke Friday morning to about 2" of snow.  When Bennett got up, he came to the window and said, "it no-ed, I no eckited."  Transalation- "It snowed.  I so excited."  Love the way little ones talk. Throughout the day there was sleet and flurries.  The boys have made the most of the icey snow the past two mornings.  Bennett came in this morning crying because he was so cold.
Moses grabbed Hunter's glove off his hand and took off jumping/ running around the yard with it.

So big.

Down the slide super fast
Unfortunately, our yard is soooo flat so we have to redneck it up a bit and get the riding mower out to pull the boys on the sled.
Love this picture.  Look at my husbands pretty eyes... he is normally squinty in pictures and I cant see his eyes. See Chad, this is what happens when you open your eyes.

Throw your hands in the air.  Moses kept chasing Ashton on the mower and would literally pull him off the sled.
We also made the stereotypical snow man, the snow didnt roll really well so he is a min snow man.  The boys got a snowman kit from someone on Chad's side of the family.  They were all excited to dress their snowman.
Chad took a bunch of pictures of the snow man making-  I was definitely the workhorse.

Mr. Snowman and the creators
He is cute and a little freaky all at the same time.
Molly girl didnt join us outside yesterday, poor girl is getting old.  However, she and Moses went frolicking outside together for almost 3 hours in the afternoon.  It was fun to watch them run around and stick together.
My sweet girl

There has been much Netflix watching, Wii playing, puzzle making, pictures colored, and board games played- I even got a jump start on taxes.  Thankful for a small reprieve from the hustle and bustle but so happy that warmer weather is coming to melt this stuff away.
